Dr. Larry Goldfarb is the founder and driving force behind the Medical and Wellness Center of NJ, a premier state-of-the-art rehabilitation center that specializes in the treatment of sports therapy, chronic pain resolution and nutrition. Having more than 37 years of industry experience, Dr. Goldfarb is seen among his peers as the leader for his innovative and steadfast approach to the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and incorporating natural medicine into his treatment process.

With a focus on empowering chronic pain suffers with knowledge, Dr. Goldfarb and his team conveniently administer MRIs and X-Rays in-house and review the findings with each patient. Dr. Ajay Kumar did his doctorate in Medicine from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi, India. He did his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia . He is fellowship trained in interventional Pain Medicine. He is board certified in physical medicine and diplomate of American Board of Pain Medicine. He was an orthopedic surgeon in India. He has specialized training in doing fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided minimally invasive pain procedures. He is one of the few physicians in New Jersey who has extensive training in doing prolotherapy and platelet rich plasma therapy (PRP) injections. He works with the patient to offer them various solutions for their problem.

He also has extensive experience performing NCV/EMG studies to diagnose the cause of the pain. He is member of The International Spinal Injection Society and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. Dr Kumar's strengths include the ability to diagnose difficult cases and offer sensible treatment options that are logical and safe. He understands the natural ability of the body to heal itself as a basis for his treatment protocols. Dr Kumar also embraces multidisciplinary care including Physical therapy and Chiropractic as well as nutrition to help our patients not only get well but stay healthy.
